KINTURU Cobalt Blue Galaxy Art Glass Pitcher Vase

KINTURU | Cobalt Blue Galaxy Art Glass Vase

Where the cosmos meets craftsmanship — a vase unlike anything else.

✦ ABOUT THIS PIECE

This is not a conventional vase. Sculpted in deep cobalt blue art glass with an asymmetric pitcher-form silhouette — a dramatically angled spout rim that tapers to a sharp point on one side — this piece commands attention before a single flower is placed within it.

The body is rendered in a rich cobalt blue suffused with fine silver and teal wisps throughout the glass, creating a nebula-like depth that shifts as light moves across the surface. The exterior is entirely smooth and high-gloss, making the internal colour pattern the sole focus.

What elevates this piece into genuine art object territory is its base and side embellishment: a single large transparent crystal sphere forms the base, elevating the cobalt body above the surface. Along the side, a descending chain of four transparent glass spheres — graduating from large to small — is fused to the body, adding a jewel-like architectural detail that contrasts beautifully with the intense blue of the vase.

✦ KEY FEATURES

💙 Asymmetric Pitcher Spout Rim — One side of the rim extends into a sharp, upswept point; a sculptural departure from conventional vase openings that gives the piece strong directional character

💙 Cobalt Galaxy Interior Colour — Deep cobalt blue suffused with fine silver and teal wisps; the colour is within the glass itself, not a surface coating — it shifts and deepens depending on the angle and light source

💙 Transparent Crystal Sphere Base — A large clear glass sphere forms the entire base, elevating the cobalt body and creating a floating visual effect; adds substantial weight and stability

💙 Descending Sphere Side Chain — Four transparent glass orbs in graduating sizes are fused along the side of the body; each sphere is solid and smooth, catching light independently

💙 Premium Ceramic & Glass Construction — Durable, non-toxic, smooth finish; handcrafted with care; suitable for fresh flowers and as a standalone decorative object

✦ STYLING NOTES

💐 The asymmetric spout opening suits loose, airy arrangements — blue forget-me-nots, white anemones, and fine-stemmed botanicals complement the cobalt tone naturally

🏛️ The sphere base elevates the piece visually — place on a flat marble or lacquered surface for maximum impact; the sphere will reflect its surroundings subtly

🕯️ Under warm candlelight, the silver wisps within the cobalt glass become luminous, and the transparent spheres cast small pools of refracted light

🎁 Presented without flowers, this piece functions as a complete sculptural gift — suited for housewarming, milestone celebrations, and collectors of decorative art

✦ CARE

Hand wash only with lukewarm water. Do not apply pressure to the sphere chain or the base sphere connection points. The smooth glass surface marks easily — dry promptly with a soft lint-free cloth. Avoid direct impact on the base sphere.
